Vazio e o Octaedro

The universe of Vazio e o Octaedro emerges at a time when silence occupies all the spaces that were once filled with people and ideas. In an attempt to fill these absences, Gianni and Josué decide to start building something together, solid and balanced, from opposite ends, but following the same rhythm and direction.

In this line of thought, they decide to combine a jazz quintet that lacks a harmonic instrument with a string quartet that provides that support and verticality. Once all the faces, vertices, and edges are completed, and all the previously empty spaces are filled, they begin to miss the silence.

Thus, they decide to reclaim it and immediately realize that both the void (“Vazio”) and the octahedron only make sense when they not only coexist but also cooperate.
